Dr. Kaiyra Salcido knew she wanted to be a dentist from an early age. A Silver City native and Cobre High School graduate, she earned her bachelor's degrees from the University of New Mexico and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Salcido continually advances her training in functional, aesthetic, airway, and wellness-focused care. Through Artistic Smiles and Airway Institute, she provides a modern approach that goes beyond traditional dentistry—focusing on breathing, sleep, oral health, and overall well-being.

Passionate about serving her hometown, Dr. Salcido is dedicated to bringing advanced treatments to Grant County so patients can access innovative care close to home.
